YOU MAY PLACE A DEPOSIT ON ANY OF OUR PRESENT LITTERS, OR ON ANY OF OUR UPCOMING LITTERS. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE A DEPOSIT ON A PUPPY IF YOU ARE UNSURE YOU WILL WANT THE PUPPY OR WILL BE ABLE TO PURCHASE THE PUPPY IN FULL NO LATER THAN 8 WEEKS OF AGE. ALSO, PLEASE DON'T PLACE A DEPOSIT ON A PUPPY AS A GIFT/SURPRISE FOR SOMEONE. IF THAT PERSON DOES NOT WANT THE PUPPY, YOUR DEPOSIT IS STILL NON-REFUNDABLE. IF PLACING A DEPOSIT ON AN UPCOMING LITTER, PUPPIES WILL BE PICKED IN ORDER THAT THE DEPOSITS WERE RECEIVED IN. WHEN YOUR DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RECEIVED, YOU WILL THEN BE NOTIFIED WHERE YOU ARE ON THE WAITING LIST FOR THAT LITTER. DEPOSIT HOLDERS WILL BE GIVEN UP TO 2 HOURS TO PICK THEIR PUPPY FROM THE LITTER FROM THE TIME NOTIFIED FROM BREEDER. IF NO CHOICE IS MADE BY 2 HOURS BY THE FIRST PICK HOLDER, THE NEXT DEPOSIT HOLDER WILL BE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE THEIR CHOICE UNTIL ALL DEPOSIT HOLDERS HAVE MADE THEIR PICK. WHEN PICKING YOUR PUPPY, IT IS DONE FROM PICTURES WE POST OF THAT LITTER ON OUR Website or Email. AT NO TIME DO WE ALLOW YOU TO CHOOSE YOUR PUPPY IN PERSON. Do you understand that If you have to move your deposit to another litter ANYTIME AFTER you have chose a puppy, you can do so but $150 will be deducted from your deposit to cover cost of re-advertising the puppy and puppy registration paperwork changes. You will be responsible for the additional $150 which will need to be paid 48 hrs after you notify us BEFORE you will be placed on another upcoming litter.

Do you understand that your remaining balance for your puppy is paid in CASH only on your puppy pick up day. We also ask you to bring a money order for $24.95 for your puppys microchip registration. This ensures that your puppys microchip gets registered.

Do you understand that Kloud 9 has the right to push back the puppy pick up day if we feel we need to keep the puppies a little longer than the original scheduled puppy pick up date...Travelers.. If you will be making arrangements to fly to Colorado We suggest that when purchasing an airline ticket to purchase the insurance:

Puppy Pick Up Day: Do you understand that if you are a no show on your scheduled puppy pick up day and we have not recieved any contact from you on your puppy pick up day to let us know why you could not make it to your scheduled appointment, the puppy that you picked will no longer be yours and you will forfeit your deposit. If you cant make your apt for your puppy pick up day last minute but you contact us on your puppy pick up day to let us know, we will reschedule with you but you will need to pay the boarding fee. We charge $50 a day. The boarding fee will need to be paid in full once we reschedule the pick up day:
